Rental options
We propose several rental options: a monthly rental, a 6-month rental, a 12-month or longer term rental. The rental is effective as soon as we receive your payment. You can end your rental at any time. Amounts paid are non-refundable.
Payment Terms
Several payment terms are available. Upon completion of your rental agreement, one of our storage specialists will confirm the desired payment terms and will inform you on how to proceed.
Insurance
You are responsible for insuring your items yourself. Some insurance companies insure your items when they are outside of your home, but others do not. We encourage you to verify the conditions of your insurance policy with your insurance company. Optional insurance available for purchase.
